Capital Grants

.

There are no deadlines for submitting a letter of intent.

The American Savings Foundation considers select proposals for capital grants. Past grants have included funding for one-time capital expenses as well as for large capital campaigns.

The proposal process consists of two steps.

  1. Organizations must first submit a Letter of Intent to the Foundation.
  2. Selected projects will then be invited to submit a full proposal. If invited, you will be sent our capital proposal guidelines. Do not use the program proposal guidelines posted on the website.

Organizations that are considering applying to the Foundation for a capital grant should contact Maria Sanchez, Director of Grantmaking & Community Initiatives, at (860) 827-2556 or by email msanchez@asfdn.org, well in advance of their proposed project date.
